Refund policy
We make-to-order according to your personalised selection of image/mirror, size and frame. Because each of our 4000+ product comes in 60 variations of size and frame, the chance of someone else ordering the same image/mirror, size and frame as you is 240,000/1. For this reason, it is not viable for us to offer returns and refunds for a change-of-mind, as we will likely not receive an identical order, to be able to resell the item, for many months, if ever! So please choose & measure carefully before you place your order.
However, replacements are manufactured and sent immediately for incorrect orders, and in the instance that an order arrives damaged. Photographic proof of the damage needs to be sent immediately on receipt of the order. If the package is not checked when received, replacements cannot be given at a later date.
We print on a high specification Epson printer, and all orders are QC checked for colour and quality comparison with the website image prior to dispatch. However, should the product arrive markedly different from how it is shown on the website, please send photographic proof of your concerns, and a replacement will be immediately manufactured and sent in this case also.
